It’s all very well having a smart looking website, but if it doesn’t engage people, you’ve wasted your money. Words, copy and stories create connections and drive users through your website. Well-written copy delivers results and keeps your brand top of mind.

I have been lucky enough to work on projects from tender stage, through to launch. This means I have helped shape the user's journey through the website. I have also studied website analytics to see what content is working and what isn't, and adjusted the site accordingly.

DM

You’ve got about two seconds before it’s thrown in the bin. The challenge: to override the order from the brain to the arm. Creativity is key. Button pushing is essential. I have created a range of powerful DM, independently and as part of a creative team. Working in a DM agency, I saw the project through from initial concepts and client presentation, to mail run and statistical analysis.

Internal comms is often considered the poor cousin of marketing and PR, but a motivated, happy team works wonders for your business. However you want to communicate with your staff make sure it’s relevant, useful and interesting. I’ve worked with organisations to communicate change, written comms strategies and calendars, even developed ideas for productive workspaces.
