The client had unsuccessfully advertised the role several times before going down the creative route. My solution caught the attention of the right people and they filled the role.

This composite ad needed to target HR professionals with an interest in helping the environment. The key sell is the diversity of projects at the Environment Agency. The concept and copy I developed highlights the variety within both the organisation and the roles.
